Hi, I'm Mike. I have been a practicing counselor for 5 years, but have been involved in the therapy field for the past 10 years. I earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2013. I continued my education at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix Arizona where I received my Masters Degree in Professional Counseling. Today, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of Colorado. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing approaches to help my clients with a number of emotional and behavioral struggles.

As an adoptive parent, I also use my experience to help others going through the adoption process with support and education.
